Photography

Your photographer will be there to capture every beautiful detail, and our packages include the perfect amount of photo time to cover couples portraits, the ceremony and family photos (if you have guests)! If you want extra time for portraits in more of your favorite Savannah locations, or getting ready photos, or even photos at your post-ceremony celebration – you can easily add on more photography coverage. Licensed Officiant

One of our officiants will lead your ceremony with care and intention. Rev. Joe Wadas is our lead officiant, and he handles all the scripting for your ceremony – and you’ll always know whether your officiant on the wedding day will be Rev. Joe or one of his associates (Molly + Danny). You can exchange personal vows or choose to repeat traditional vows, and every ceremony is customized to your preferences (religious, secular, or something in between). After the ceremony, your officiant will file your marriage license to make everything official!

Bouquet + Boutonnière by Ivory & Beau

Your floral design includes a bouquet and boutonnière created with fresh, seasonal blooms. You can choose from 13 curated color palettes and 3 shapes—or upgrade to a fully custom floral recipe! Either way, your florals will feel personal, modern, and photo-ready. We also offer floral add-ons such as corsages, ceremony decor, reception centerpieces and more!

On-Location Hair + Makeup by Royal Makeup & Hair

Our hair and makeup artists come directly to you, so there’s no need to stress about leaving your hotel or Airbnb. They’ll create a look that enhances your natural beauty and helps you feel confident and comfortable. Also optional (and not included in the package) – trial sessions to preview your wedding look in advance or additional services for your guests!

A 6” Wedding Cake by Wicked Cakes of Savannah

This petite cake is the perfect size to share with your partner (and maybe a few guests). You’ll choose from over 30 flavors and 3 design styles, and you can also upgrade to larger cake sizes to feed more guests. Even small weddings deserve something sweet to mark the moment!

Day-of Assistant

Your on-site assistant is there to keep everything running smoothly. They arrive on-site one hour before photo coverage begins, and they make sure your ceremony flows seamlessly so you can stay focused on each other.

• Expert logistical guidance – Even for elements you have booked outside the package (like rentals or transportation), we’ll advise you on when and where deliveries, pickups, and arrivals should happen.

• Personalized recommendations – From where to stay and eat to how to celebrate afterward, we share trusted local tips to make your time in Savannah even more special.

What’s Not Included in the Savannah Elopement Package

While the package covers everything you need for a meaningful ceremony, here are a few things couples book separately:

• Private venue rentals – Couples book these directly if desired; most of our couples opt to have their ceremony in public parks and squares.

• Accommodations & transportation – Not included, but we’re happy to share recommendations and guidance on logistics.

• Reception or dinner reservations – We love offering expert local recommendations for where to celebrate after your ceremony, but we don’t include reservations for meals in our package.

• Permits for public ceremony locations (if required for rentals or simply desired for peace of mind) – Available as an add-on for elopements under 20 guests; included in micro weddings (21–40 guests).
