Pro Tip:

If your elopement is simple (no chairs, decor, or major setup), you don’t need a permit to use these spaces for your ceremony. This makes them completely free to use! However, if you want a specific location and don’t want to risk it being occupied, it’s worth considering a permit.

If you don’t get a permit and someone else is in your spot, don’t worry – Forsyth Park has so many gorgeous backdrops that are easy to move to. And you’ll still end up with breathtaking photos and a lovely backdrop!
