A Serene Savannah Elopement at Forsyth Park

On a beautiful Saturday in April, Jennifer + Christopher chose a serene Savannah elopement at Forsyth Park. They wanted a wedding free of any drama! The couple are both deeply rooted in caregiving professions in New York. They found Savannah’s historic charm and serene landscapes the perfect escape for their intimate celebration.

Their day began with a romantic first look in Chippewa Square, along with a champagne toast. Captured by the talented Jaclyn Armeni Photography, the photos show how Jennifer + Christopher share so much love between them!

Following the first look, the couple moved to Forsyth Park for the ceremony. The ceremony under the oaks was both intimate and joyful, Reverend Joe making the couple laugh throughout the entire thing 🙂

Jennifer, a nurse, and Christopher, who has served as a marine, fireman, and children’s ER nurse, shared many commonalities.  Their dedication to helping others being one of them! This shared passion brought them closer <3 and although they lived in the same town outside New York City and never crossed paths until they met, it seemed destiny had its plans. Christopher had previously visited Savannah and was excited to share its beauty with Jennifer, making their elopement even more meaningful.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the park, taking couples photos with Jaclyn. They stayed at the elegant Perry Lane Hotel, further enhancing their experience with its luxury and hospitality, providing a perfect retreat after their memorable day.
